INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI
E COOKIE POLICY

 

Ai sensi dell’articolo 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), del D. Lgs. 196/2003 come modificato dal D. Lgs. 101/2018 (“Codice Privacy”) e del Provvedimento del Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali del 10 giugno 2021 in materia di cookie e loro eventuali modifiche e/o integrazioni.

La presente informativa è resa da H-Ventures Solutions S.r.l. (di seguito anche “Società” o “Titolare”) in relazione al sito web www.h-venturessrl.com (di seguito il “Sito”), realizzato e gestito mediante piattaforma Wix.com Ltd (di seguito, “Wix”), ed è finalizzata a descrivere in modo chiaro e trasparente le modalità di trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti.

 

1. Titolare del trattamento

2. Tipologie di dati trattati

Nell’ambito della navigazione e dell’interazione con il Sito, la Società può trattare le seguenti categorie di dati personali:

a) Dati di navigazione: indirizzi IP, nomi a dominio dei dispositivi utilizzati, indirizzi URI delle risorse richieste, orario della richiesta, metodo utilizzato per sottoporre la richiesta al server e altri parametri tecnici necessari al corretto funzionamento del Sito.

b) Dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente: dati identificativi e di contatto (quali nome, cognome, email, numero di telefono) nonché le informazioni contenute nei messaggi inviati tramite form di contatto o email.

c) Dati contenuti nei Curriculum Vitae: qualora l’utente trasmetta il proprio curriculum vitae (CV) tramite il Sito, la Società potrà trattare dati personali anche appartenenti a categorie particolari ai sensi dell’art. 9 GDPR, esclusivamente per finalità di selezione del personale e nei limiti giuridici e temporali previsti dalla normativa vigente.

 

3. Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento

I dati personali sono trattati per le seguenti finalità:

• Gestione delle richieste di contatto e informazioni (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR);

• Valutazione delle candidature e attività di selezione del personale (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR e, per eventuali categorie particolari di dati, art. 9, par. 2, lett. b GDPR e art. 2-septies Codice Privacy);

• Adempimento di obblighi di legge (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR);

• Garanzia della sicurezza e del corretto funzionamento del Sito (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR – legittimo interesse).

 

4. Modalità del trattamento e misure di sicurezza

Il trattamento dei dati avviene mediante strumenti manuali, informatici e telematici, nel rispetto dei principi di liceità, correttezza, trasparenza e minimizzazione. Sono adottate adeguate misure tecniche e organizzative per garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dei dati.

 

5. Conservazione e trasferimento dei dati

Il Sito è realizzato tramite piattaforma Wix.com Ltd, con sede in Israele, Paese riconosciuto dalla Commissione Europea come dotato di un livello adeguato di protezione dei dati personali ai sensi dell’art. 45 GDPR.

Wix e le società del relativo gruppo possono trattare dati personali in diversi Paesi, inclusi Stati Uniti d’America e Irlanda, ove sono situati i principali data center.

Eventuali trasferimenti di dati personali verso Paesi al di fuori dello Spazio Economico Europeo che non garantiscano un livello adeguato di protezione avvengono nel rispetto degli artt. 44 e ss. GDPR, mediante l’adozione di Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea e ulteriori misure tecniche, contrattuali e organizzative idonee a garantire un livello di protezione adeguato.

Le società del gruppo Wix e i fornitori di servizi terzi che trattano dati per conto di Wix sono contrattualmente vincolati a garantire la protezione e la sicurezza dei dati personali secondo standard conformi alla normativa europea.

 

6. Periodo di conservazione

I dati personali sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario al conseguimento delle finalità per cui sono raccolti. I CV sono conservati per un periodo non superiore a 24 mesi dalla ricezione.

 

7. Diritti dell’interessato

L’interessato può esercitare i diritti previsti dagli artt. 15-22 GDPR (accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione, portabilità) scrivendo a solutions@grouphvs.com

È inoltre possibile proporre reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

 

8. Cookie Policy

I cookie sono piccoli file di testo che i siti web visitati inviano al dispositivo dell’utente (computer, tablet o smartphone), dove vengono memorizzati per essere poi ritrasmessi agli stessi siti alla visita successiva.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018 (the “Italian Privacy Code”), and the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated 10 June 2021 concerning cookies and any subsequent amendments and/or supplements.

This Privacy Policy is issued by H-Ventures Solutions S.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company” or the “Controller”) in relation to the website www.h-venturessrl.com (hereinafter the “Website”), developed and operated through the Wix.com Ltd platform (hereinafter “Wix”), and is intended to describe in a clear and transparent manner the methods of processing users’ personal data.

2. Categories of Data Processed

In the context of browsing and interacting with the Website, the Company may process the following categories of personal data:

b) Data voluntarily provided by the user: identification and contact data (such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number), as well as any information contained in messages sent via the contact form or by email.

c) Data contained in Curriculum Vitae: should the user submit their curriculum vitae (CV) through the Website, the Company may process personal data, including special categories of personal data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR, exclusively for personnel selection purposes and within the giuridical and temporal limits provided by applicable law.

 

3. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• Management of contact and information requests (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

• Evaluation of applications and personnel selection activities (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for any special categories of data, Article 9(2)(b) GDPR and Article 2-septies of the Italian Privacy Code);

• Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);

• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).

 

4. Processing Methods and Security Measures

Data processing is carried out using manual, IT and telematic tools, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency and data minimization. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are adopted to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.

 

5. Data Retention and Transfers

The Website is developed through the Wix.com Ltd platform, headquartered in Israel, a country recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection for personal data pursuant to Article 45 GDPR.

Wix and its group companies may process personal data in various countries, including the United States of America and Ireland, where the main data centers are located.

Any transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area that do not ensure an adequate level of protection shall be carried out in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, through the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and additional technical, contractual and organizational measures suitable to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Wix group companies and third-party service providers processing data on behalf of Wix are contractually bound to ensure the protection and security of personal data in accordance with standards compliant with European legislation.

 

6. Data Retention Period

Personal data are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. CVs are retained for a period not exceeding 24 months from receipt.

 

7. Data Subject Rights

Data subjects may exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability) by writing to solutions@grouphvs.com.

 

Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

 

8. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that the websites visited send to the user’s device (computer, tablet or smartphone), where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same websites on the user’s subsequent visits.

Cookies allow websites to function properly, improve the browsing experience and collect information on the use of the website.
